“Noël Spinelli was an exceptional human being, who I always had enormous admiration, appreciation and respect for. His business success was remarkable, but even more inspiring was his involvement in so many charitable causes, including the Lachine Hospital Foundation. WhenNoël Spinelli got involved, things moved! I will always be grateful to him for the confidence he showed in me, for the momentum that he gave the Foundation and for all of the good he has done for the community.  The Lachine Hospital Foundation will forever be indebted to him.”
