The Camille-Lefebvre Pavilion houses 114 long-term care beds and 20 long-term respiratory care beds. Its mission is to provide support and surveillance services specially adapted to the individual needs of the residents. These services are provided by a dedicated interdisciplinary team. The facility provides an active social living environment for its residents in order to continually enhance the quality of life.
History
The long-term care pavilion opened in 1992, and in 1996 became known officially as the Camille-Lefebvre Pavilion. Camille Lefebvre was the first secular pharmacist to work in a hospital run by the Sisters of Providence. In 1972 he became the first lay general manager of the hospital.
