Gastronomic Evening with Jérôme Ferrer
Close to 400 people were in attendance on Saturday, April 30th for the Lachine Hospital Foundation’s Gastronomic Evening with Europea Restaurant founder and Grand Chef Jérôme Ferrer. The event, hosted by TVA Nouvelles anchorwoman Sophie Thibault was by all accounts a resounding success.
Guests were treated to a 6-course gourmet meal that was prepared in tandem with Chef Ferrer and Chef Jonathan LeGris of the Marriott In-Terminal Hotel in Dorval. A live band had people up and dancing in between courses and visits to the silent auction table which featured unique gifts such as a Frank Lyman Design wardrobe and stunning photographs taken by Sophie Thibault. One lucky raffle winner walked away with a trip for two to Greece.
